About product returns and exchanges
[Exchanges and returns due to customer convenience]
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience (size does not fit, product is different from what you expected, etc.).
*For returns due to personal reasons such as refusal to accept the item or long-term absence, the shipping fee for the return may be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately.
[Returns and exchanges due to incorrect or defective products]
If the delivered product is different from what you ordered or is damaged, we will generally exchange it.
We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges.
*Returns will only be accepted if the replacement item is out of stock.
If you would like to exchange (return) an item, please contact us (shopify@cocoro-c.co.jp) within 3 days of receiving the item.
Support period: If you contact us within 3 days after the product arrives
*Please note that during Golden Week, the New Year holidays, etc., it may take longer than usual.
Returns and Exchange Policy
We take every precaution to ensure quality, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product that is dirty or damaged, or a product different from what you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us immediately.
However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Due to customer's convenience, such as difference in image or size
・Products used
・Products that have been processed, repaired, cleaned, etc.
・Products that have been damaged or soiled after receipt
・Items with missing tags or accessories
・If more than 3 days have passed since the product arrived
・Pre-order items, sales, lucky bags, and outlet items
・Exchange for a different product or color
・Items returned without prior notice
Please note that the following are not considered defects.
- Minor deformations that will recover over time, such as creases, packaging and storage creases, creases and dents that occur during storage and transportation of leather products, etc. - Scents present on the product itself at the time of shipment from the manufacturer - Minor fraying of stitching - Differences between the listed dimensions and the dimensions measured by the customer
Regarding long-term absence and refusal to receive parcels
If you are not at home, a notice of absence will be posted, so please ask the delivery company to redeliver the parcel before the storage period expires. If you do not contact us within the period, the parcel will be returned to us. If you are absent for a long period of time or refuse to receive the parcel, we may refuse to do business with you in the future.
■If the product is returned after it has been shipped due to extended absence or refusal to accept it, we will charge a fee of 2,000 yen.
*In addition, if the outbound shipping fee is free, we will charge you for that fee as well.
Please be aware of this in advance.
■If you wish to have the item re-shipped after you have been absent for an extended period of time or have refused to accept it, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
